Utilizing technology similar to F1 Racing Cars, we are proud to introduce the brand new VIS Racing Carbon FRP hoods. We use vacuum infusion technology with a honeycomb core. This produces a lighter and stronger hood than any wet-laid hood available. We use carbon fabric from BGF Industries, INC. VIS Racing Carbon FRP hoods also use a high quality clear gel-coat which produces a high quality shine. The carbon fiber products are handcrafted, thus, no two items are identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable. No yellowing and peeling will occur due to a cheap clear coat.
